The Wisconsin Conservatory of Music is the oldest and largest non-profit community school of music in Wisconsin. It is dedicated to providing the finest music education and performance opportunities to the aspiring professional performers as well as to children and adults who simply want to enjoy making music.

The Music of Barrios wtih Raymond Mueller, Guitar

Raymond Mueller continues his Guitar Legacy Series in 2008 with a concert honoring the neo-romantic guitarist/composer Agustin Barrios (1882-1944). Mr. Mueller will perform this concert on a rare classical guitar made in 1923 by Barrios' preferred luthier, Domingo Esteso. It is a free concert and it is first come first serve.

Butterflies, Birds & Beats: A Family Concert!

The Conservatory piano faculty invites your entire family to explore the whimsical side of piano music in an interactive concert designed to appeal to listeners of all ages. Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals will be featured along with other fun family music. Free of charge!

Chamber Music with Phillip Grossman and Friends

Longtime MSO and Conservatory violinist Phillip Grossman joins with colleagues Lisa Fuller, violin; Nathan Hackett, viola; Greg Mathews, cello and Ellen Swan Dixon, piano; to perform an engaging afternoon of chamber music including Schumann’s Piano Quintet in E-flat, opus 44 and other exquisite chamber music by Mozart, Boccherini and Kodaly.
