Potawatomi Bingo Casino celebrates the near-completion of its $240 million expansion -- which effectively triples the size of -- and brings new dining options to -- the casino with a "Topping Off" ceremony, Thursday, Jan. 17 at 11 a.m.
Mayor Tom Barrett and Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker will be among those attending the event on the sixth floor of the west parking structure.
The "Topping Off" event -- which has roots in Native American traditions -- will celebrate the moment when the final steel pieces are hoisted into place and it marks what Potawatomi calls "the unofficial countdown to the grand opening of the expanded casino."
