SWABISCH HALL, GERMANY -- I stopped at a McDonald's on the outskirts of Swabisch Hall. McCafe is much the same as the states except the coffee bar and the food counters are completely separate. It was like having a Starbucks inside the McDonalds.
Two separate staff and menus. There's the dollar menu, or euro menu, which included single servings of a cheeseburger or hamburger, or a sundae or fries.
The larger menu started with a Big Mac for €3.19, which would be about $5.50. Hamburger Royal was next, which is totally "Pulp Fiction," and that was listed as the same price as a Big Mac.
