Brewers right-hander Matt Wise, sidelined the past two weeks, will undergo season-ending surgery to relocate the ulnar nerve in his ailing right elbow.
Wise worked 44 1/3 innings this year and posted a 5-6 record and 3.86 earned run average. Wise is expected to be ready for spring training.
