Former Brewers announcer Matt Vasgersian makes his second appearance on a Packers broadcast this weekend when he announces Green Bay's game against the 49ers Sunday afternoon from Monster Park (formerly Candlestick) in San Francisco. The game will be televised beginning at 3 p.m. on Channel 6.
Vasgersian, who started doing NFL games for Fox last year, is the play by play voice of the San Diego Padres. Earlier this year, he was in the booth when the Packers defeated Miami at Dolphins Stadium.
Vasgersian, who grew up in the Bay Area, is slated to talk about the game Friday morning on "The D-List" on Milwaukee's ESPN Radio 1510 Days/1290 Nights.
