If you felt a slight breeze on Monday night, it may have been caused by thousands of Wisconsin Badgers / Time Warner Cable subscribers fans exhaling simultaneously.
The Big Ten Network will be on Time Warner this season.
According to a press release issued tonight:
"Time Warner Cable and the Big Ten Network announced that they have reached an agreement-in-principle on terms of carriage for the Big Ten Network and its high-definition and video-on-demand programming on Time Warner Cable's line-ups throughout Wisconsin.
"The pending agreement will ensure that Time Warner
Cable's customers across these Big Ten states will have access to this Saturday's Big Ten college football season openers and all future Big Ten Network programming on an expanded basic level of service.
"Time Warner Cable and all parties worked through the weekend to complete this agreement in principle. Our company worked diligently to ensure a deal that was in the best interest of our customers."
The agreement means that Time Warner subscribers will be able to watch the Badgers' season opener against Akron Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium.
The Big Ten Network will appear on Channel 63 on Time Warner in southeastern Wiscsonsin.

KRAMER: Oh, so what are you gonna do? You gonna wait for the cable companies to resolve their dispute? They're gonna be in court for years. JERRY: No, I read in the paper.. KRAMER: (Sarcastic) Oh, oh, the paper.. JERRY: Well, they might hook us up again. KRAMER: Oh, God, you're so naive! All the cable companies care about is the "Big Mammoo." (Jerry wacks the TV) Oh, look at you! You're banging things.. Pathetic. Just wasting your life. I'm offering you fifty-six channels - movies, sports, nudity. And it's free! For life!
