What is a blog? For us it is a short blurb that we write when the mood strikes us. It can be first person, funny or informative. In short, a blog is whatever we want it to be. Published March 27, 2008 at 8:33 p.m.

Believe it or not, there are still a few people in town who care enough about the Bucks to watch their telecasts on FSN Wisconsin.

Wednesday night, viewers got to see video proof that the team is ready for an overhaul.

The lopsided loss to the Hawks was embarrassing but, unfortunately, not unusual in this season that can't end soon enough.

What stood out to viewers was this highlight, which shows Andrew Bogut shooting a free throw. Notice how the team rallies in support of the center ...

Uh ... on second thought ... check it out.

mkelvr -" What Bogut said was no more racist than what Limbaugh said " That's probably the dumbest statement I have ever heard. Give me a break...you are a child. What difference does it make who commented about Bogut's remarks? Etan Thomas is 3rd string at best, but Bogut is a perennial underachiever and even Michael Redd called him out on his comments. I know you can get behind Michael Redd. He's a god fearing man. Bottom line...Bogut is a chump and everyone on the team despises him.

Etan Thomas? Really? I'll try and hold back my laughter. Bogut's comments were not that far from reality whether you're talking about a white NBA player or non-white NBA player. What Bogut said was no more racist than what Limbaugh said regarding the media's desire to see a black QB succeed. The NBA does have an image of benjamins and bling-bling, so what's so wrong about pointing it out?

The NFL and MLB have more problems and scandal than the NBA, and neither are as exiting, athletic or engaging. Bogut is a team guy, as are most European players. Timmy, I wouldn't hold Etan Thomas in too high of regard and I'd take his comments, too, with several grains of salt. Bogut's pissed that too many guys on that team are quitting or are using "lack of motivation" from a coach as an excuse. His sarcasm and message delivery tactics might not be the best, but his numbers speak volumes. He's watched ownership reward less talented and characted guys with huge contracts. Now he wants his.

mkelvr- I suggest you don't comment on things unless you know what you are talking about. You need to be informed my friend. Here's a discussion of what he said and Etan Thomas' reply. Go read the link and then thank me for educating you. http://myespn.go.com/blogs/truehoop/0-26-59/Etan-Thomas-Responds-to-Andrew-Bogut.html

The NBA sucks. Hate it. It epitomizes everything that is bad in professional sports. Enjoy the next couple weekends with our mighty Badgers! Now that's basketball!
