Local favorites The Gufs, along with Matthew Sweet, Meat Puppets, Asher Roth, Shinedown, Cage the Elephant and The Airborne Toxic Event are among the headliners slated to appear at the U.S. Cellular Connection Stage at Summerfest.
The stage is a primary attraction for new and alternative music as well as interactive entertainment technology.
Two headline spots remain unfilled -- June 27 and July 4.
June 25 -- Meat Puppets, 8 p.m. Matthew Sweet, 10 p.m.
June 26 -- Carolina Liar, 10 p.m.
June 27 -- TBA, 10 p.m.
June 28 -- Cage The Elephant, 8 p.m. The Airborne Toxic Event, 10 p.m.
June 29 -- The Gufs, 10 p.m.
June 30 -- Staind, 10 p.m.
July 1 -- Asher Roth, 10 p.m.
July 2 -- Shiny Toy Guns, 10 p.m.
July 3 -- Shinedown, 10 p.m.
July 4 -- TBA, 10 p.m.
July 5 -- G. Love & Special Sauce, 10 p.m.
In addition to the above headliners, the stage will again feature the Emerging Artists Series each day from 3-8 p.m.

if you want to see a great show see Cage the Elephant. The singer from the band has Keith Moon type energy except without the drums. These guys shook Coachella down!!
