New Milwaukee Movie Guide Ready for Summer Movie Season

OnMilwaukee.com, Milwaukee's Daily Magazine, took the wraps off its freshly designed movie guide today.

The refreshed and interactive guide has long been a popular feature of the site, and now it includes new "Web 2.0" features that its developers expect will further cement it as the best movie guide in the city.

"We still feature every movie playing at every theater in Metro Milwaukee," said OnMilwaukee.com publisher Andy Tarnoff. "But the guide is even more interactive now, incorporating more trailers and video, online ticketing, reader reviews and theater mapping."

Just in time for the summer movie season, the redesigned section among the top results for Web surfers searching for "Milwaukee movies" in Google (as of April 7, 2008).

"It's faster and more user-friendly, too. The guide incorporates elements of social media with reader blogging, as well as the reviews from our own staff," added Tarnoff.
