Ashtanga yoga is the type of yoga that Sting, Madonna, Natalie Portman practice. Currently, there is ONE certified ashtanga yoga studio in Wisconsin, and that is PJ's Yoga Shala in Waukesha. It is definitely a focused workout, not relaxation yoga. Ashtanga is movement to breath and promotes overall fitness.
