What happened to the Eitel bar/restaurant that was supposed to open at KK and Lincoln? "The Fat Abbey Biercafe to replace The Lodge in three years, or maybe four". Slow openings, slow service, mediocre food, exposed cream city brick, "entrepreneur" of the year, bla, bla, bla...
