I would agree that "seedy" doesn't describe the 3rd Ward at all... maybe certain portions of Walker's Point (MAYBE) but seedy it's not. Like someone said "Trendy" or even "SOHO-esque" describes our 3rd Ward jewel. As far as rats are concerned, I've lived in MKE for 38 years and I've only seen 2 rats my entire life!
