That seems like a really judicious use of MCTS money, I'm sure that these cameras will deter crime not just on these corners, but all over the city. I'll bet that potential criminals won't even notice that they are being videotaped at the same corner every day. I thank God every day for the protection and foresight of Homeland Security.
