The author fails to mention at all how nationalized health care coverage would have helped this woman. The reader is left to make the inference that had we had national health care that she would have been treated correctly from the onset. I think it's funny the naivety of those who think that nationalized/socialized health care is the panacea to all of societies ills (pun slightly intended). And that all we need to do is snap our fingers and *poof* we have nationalized health care and anyone and everyone can see whatever doctor/specialist at any time. The reality is so far from them it's nearly laughable. For a great example of poor nationalized health care, you only need to go a few miles north to Canada to see what a failure it's become and how they are actually going AWAY from nationalized health care to a non-government system to increase quality and increase timely access.

Will you stop drinking Miller beers now that MillerCoors has announced it will move to Chicago?
Yes, I'm no longer loyal to the brand.
No, Miller beer will still be made in Milwaukee.
I didn't drink it before, and I won't drink it after.
I'm not sure yet, but of all places, did they have to move to Chicago?
At least they won't be based in Dallas or Denver.
