Well the problem with growth on the Eastside is the neighborhoods vocal and active opposition group which is very disappointing. That said by expanding their Engineering program downtown they could increase collaborative efforts with Marquette, MSOE, and MATC. Student housing could be built for students from any of these schools. Companies like JCI and Rockwell would have easy access. And new business spinoff could occur in the Brewery buildings or throughout downtown.
