Actually, they do have the right to whine and bicker, it's called the First Amendment. There is no amendment, however, giving smokers the right to harm others with their smoke. This whole argument is a mute point anyway. Anti-smoking laws are a fact of life in the 21st century. Sooner or later, Wisconsin and everywhere else will be smoke free.
