Talkback: Finally, more Ethiopian options in Milwaukee!

"I don't think that I will make it a regular thing eating glops of mush off a tray but it was interesting and fun."
And that attitude is part of the reason why there's currently only one Ethiopian restaurant here. I've visited the restaurant several times, and the food was so bland that I decided to just not go back. Hopefully, the new place will not underseason their food--I can somewhat understand not wanting to further alienate people (you know, the globs of mush are eyeing the ground beef as I type), but toning down the properties of the food that makes it distinct is a bit illogical to me.
