What a ridiculous discussion. I think wasting school resources to enforce this kind of garbage is more of a disruption than the actual act. They actually measure the amount of underwear is shown in Louisiana? So is the staff carrying around tape measures so they can issue the right fine? I can see some uptight suburbanites' kids emulating what is going on in the inner-city and that is where this is all coming from. Hang up your hang-ups.
