The Gas Company building (pictured). A friendly, accessible, but still exciting and diverse downtown. Easily walkable inner-ring suburbs. Fantastic public schools. Alterra coffee. Benji's corned beef. The Landmark, the Village Pub, Von Trier, Paddy's and whatever your favorite bar is. The MCTS 15 bus to take me to and from all that. Speaking of that, the most reliable city bus system I've ever experienced.
