The best cajun food in Milwaukee will not be found at Bayou, Crawdaddys, or Fishbones. It will be found at Roux Brothers in Shorewood (corner of Capital Dr. and Oakland). Its all take-out, but the selections are impressive and the food is out of this world. Gumbos, jambalaya, alligator po-boys, and some of the best bbq pork in the City make this the best cajun spot.
