Talkback: Milwaukee Talks: The city's "tree guy," Preston Cole

I am very glad to see you interview Milwaukee's "tree guy," but I was hoping for some more specifics. For example, are we planting fewer trees these days than we once did? Is the budget for tree planting shrinking, growing, staying the same? What are the new projects the "ttee guy" might be working on?

My personal wish would be for more trees along the lakefront to provide some much needed shade. And would it not be great if we had some plantings along the lines of the famous cherry blossom trees in Washington, DC? Something beautiful (and aromatic) and unusual that we could look forward to and count on each year?
