Now that the GM is gone (good, logical decision), we should get rid of the coach, too. After the Bucks lost to the Heat the other night, Larry K. was quoted as saying that he didn't really know what to do anymore. When you're out of ideas before the end of one season, that isn't good.
Most of the Bucks starters would make excellent bench players. They just aren't good enough to qualify as starters but that's all we have to work with. This is another reason (maybe the biggest) the Bucks aren't winning. You just can't a team with players like Kobe, McGrady, Kevin Garnett, Nash, Dirk, Wade, when all the Bucks can throw at them are people like Charlie V., Mo, Mason, Simmons, and the lot.
Move Bogut to power forward, keep Redd at guard, and get three other players that could be considered starters. Because right now, we're using second string players to fill the starting spots. And against the players just listed above, these guys just can't measure up. As Simon from American Idol would say: "Sorry."
