Talkback: Thoughts on “Jon & Kate + 8”

I've seen the show a few times. As the dad of seven kids (5 singletons & one set of twins) I can say that not all of it is real. The zoo thing for instance had to have been set up by the TV people. We've never had anything like that happen to us. They also seem to get help with the kids fairly often....I wonder who pays for that? One thing I have never seen on the show but my wife and I have experienced is the comments that people make when out in public. Such as "Wow they have ALOT of kids." As though we are a side show in the circus or we should be. It is amazing to me what some people will say.
One thing I find interesting about the show is how clean the house always seems to be. When our kids were younger it took alot of work to keep the house clean. I've not seen any episodes where they cover that.....maybe there is one but I have not seen it yet.
