I got suckered into purchaseing the light the doesn't need electrical - a "as seen on TV" item that I bought at Walgreens. It's a light bulb (plastic) with a cord so you can put it in a closet and magically the area is filled with light. We thought it would work great for our pantry that turned into a black hole at night...and $10 how could you go wrong? It sucked - not only was there barley any light, the batteries lasted about 2 days and then needed to be replaced. Wish I had that $10 back!
