Not sure I agree. Roux brothers? Please. Not impressed with the gumbos in a bag approach to dining. Bayou has steadily impressed me and my dining crew, the food is quite tasty and the presentation superb. Knowing that they have improved every time I have visited has left me excited for the next couple of months to come. Highly recomended.
