Joyce Garbaciak returns to television, joins WISN
Veteran broadcaster and journalist Joyce Garbaciak makes her return to Milwaukee television. WISN-TV (channel 12) announced today that Garbaciak will join WISN 12 News as a contributing correspondent this fall.
