Volpe strikes gold with Holiday House
It has been more than seven years since Chef Joe Volpe first took the Milwaukee restaurant scene by storm, and his resume is astonishing: Vinifera at the Passeggio in 1999, Sauce in 2000, four splendid years of ongoing culinary delight at Tess. But, Volpe has truly outdone himself this time with Holiday House.

Sorrentino prefers public art spaces to galleries
"I like putting my art in public spaces rather than art galleries," says Flux's Steve Sorrentino. "Some of the best conversations I have had with people about my work are those who otherwise are not exposed to art." His work is displayed at several local restaurants including Sauce and The Holiday House.
