Venice Club remains a must-hit Fest destination
Located near the Harley-Davidson Roadhouse, the Venice Club remains a popular destination for hungry Summerfest guests and there is one major reason: the fried eggplant. "We are the largest seller of eggplant in the world for 11 days," said Tom Balistreri, one of the operators. "We sell a ton of eggplant a day." Venice Club's product -- served French fry-style -- is hot, crispy and topped with lemon and cheese and is perfect for sharing.
