Marquette underwear thief caught with his pants up
Milwaukee Police arrested a 23-year-old man who was spotted rummaging through a Marquette University student's underwear drawer Saturday. It seems the man enjoyed collecting panties -- and had 46 Ziploc bags of them stored at his nearby home.
