"Tsotsi" rides line between touching and tepid
Tsotsi is a cold-blooded thug, until he shoots a mother and takes her baby. Then the story becomes -- depending on your view -- either an uplifting story of emotional redemption and rebirth or a hackneyed, over-simplified story of emotional redemption and rebirth.

Should the city be held responsible for car damage from potholes?
Yes, that's why I pay taxes: for safe roads.
No, it's a driver's responsibility to avoid potholes.
I don't know, but can't engineers develop roads that don't fall apart during the Milwaukee winter?
