Kohl's Department Stores chairman Larry Montgomery said that there isn't enough going on Downtown for his company to consider a store there. He should take a trip ... or check his company's own Web site.

Let the Little Caesars employees come in from the cold
Almost every time I drive to the Target on Chase Ave., I see the same weird sight just to the south of the parking lot. One or two employees from the neighboring Little Caesars are standing on the sidewalk, waving some cardboard "hot and fresh" sign, gesturing to come in a buy a pizza.
