Springsteen to headline Super Bowl halftime show
The National Football League announced that Springsteen and the E Street Band will headline the halftime show at Super Bowl XLIII, which is slated for Feb. 1 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. The halftime gig, which nearly sparked an international incident when Justin Timberlake exposed Janet Jackson's breast during a famous "wardrobe malfunction" in 2004, draws an audience of nearly 150 million worldwide.
