Slushy streets cause canceled blood drives; donors needed
Snowy, slushy streets are not only dangerous for drivers but, in turn, also for those in need of blood donors. Several blood drives were canceled because of the big snowfall, and The Blood Center encourages those who can brave the snow to do so and donate.
