Rogan's Shoes finds Milwaukee market a good fit
In a business climate when many proprietors are downsizing or postponing plans for growth, Racine-based Rogan's Shoes is expanding into the Milwaukee market. The chain opened a store in Southridge during the summer and will unveil a Brookfield location next year with plans for several more outlets in the area.
