Hooligan's hopes new sign will be an East Side beacon
A 5-by-9-foot full-color, outdoor sign will be installed at Farwell and North by the last week in June at the latest, to lure in passersby and help cut the cost of advertising, says Hooligan's Super Bar owner John Sidoff.
