In spring, summer and fall, we're all outside sharing a beer, a laugh and watching the kids play. But when the cold weather rolls in, we shutter up in our houses and rarely see each other.

Is the Rufus King neighborhood the next Riverwest?
In response to Riverwest's property boon, a number of people are buying homes just a few minutes west, in the Rufus King neighborhood. "I never thought I would be able to afford a house this nice," says one new home owner, referring to his four-bedroom brick tudor with a working fireplace, hardwood floors, leaded glass, large yard and two-car garage.
