Co-op Café makes healthy food a tasty treat
The Co-op Café, part of the Riverwest Co-op, opened quietly this fall, but the small vegetarian and vegan eatery is already expanding its menu, its hours and possibly its dining space.

There are so many staple items on Beans and Barley's menu that it's difficult to narrow down the best of the best. However, the tempeh rueben, egg salad and veggie chili are definitely on the short list of good eats.

Rishi Tea steeps its roots in Milwaukee
What do you do when you have a passion for Asian culture and politics? Start your own tea company, of course. Rishi Tea, based in Milwaukee, was created by Joshua Kaiser in 1997. It hasn't taken long for Kaiser and his two high school buddies to make it one of the most successful grassroots based tea companies in the country.
