Phase 2: Decking out skateboarders for decades
Since 1985, the Zitzer family has owned and operated Phase 2 skateboard shops on Milwaukee's East Side and in Brookfield. Mark Zitzer worked in the family business since he was 15, and he will move his Brookfield shop to a new location this summer.

Envy offers ladies their own selection of skate-driven fashion
Mark Zitzer, owner of Phase II Clothing and Skateboard, is opening Envy, across the street at 2203 N. Farwell Ave. The shop is a young women's boutique featuring footwear and fashions for the lady skater, or for those who simply appreciate the style.
