Milwaukee Talks: Channel 12 meteorologist Mark Baden
Ever since he was a kid growing up near St. Louis, Mark Baden has loved talking about the weather -- so much so that he made it his profession. Baden, 38, is in his 12th year at WISN-TV (Channel 12), where he is chief meteorologist. OnMilwaukee.com caught up with Baden recently to talk about his career, his education, an upcoming charity golf event and, of course, the weather.

Ask OMC: Are we headed for another brutal winter?
Our question today comes from Dave in St. Francis, who asks: "I've heard a few weather guys predict that we're going to have a milder winter this year. What makes them think that?" Realizing that this question is a bit out of our league, we asked local TV weathermen -- Mark Baden of Channel 12, Vince Condella of Fox 6 and Craig Koplien of Channel 4 -- and asked for help.
