Theater preview: "Greater Tuna"
"Greater Tuna" is the first in a series of comedic plays -- written by Jason Williams, Joe Sears and Ed Howard -- set in the fictional town of Tuna, Texas. The play, which takes an affectionate but also satirical look at small-town, Southern life, debuted last week and runs through Dec. 28 in the Milwaukee Rep's Stackner Cabaret.

"A Christmas Carol" remains fairly fresh after third decade
All deviations from expectation aside, the 30th Milwaukee Rep production of Dickens' classic holiday tale is good enough to feel good about receiving the same old gift for years to come.
