Milwaukee's oldest bars
There are more than a few establishments that were built before the turn of the century that still stand today as a great place to grab a drink and soak up a bit of local history. Here is a snapshot of some of the oldest in town.

Kneisler's White House: closed or just on hold?
Although the sign on the door says, "the bar is closed until further notice," Bay View Business Association President Charles Livermore says Kneisler's White House, 2900 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., can't be ruled "out of business" yet.
