"Today's" paper gets the score wrong, and a funny look at the Times
Another indication of the demise of print comes from today's print edition of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The paper, in a headline, gets last night's Brewers score wrong. The Brewers, of course, won 4-3, not 3-2. JSOnline, for the record, got it correct.

Some fearless (and fun) political predictions for 2009
The bong of soothsaying may be hazy, as it always has been, but we're trying to offer some clarity to discussions of what may be greet us in the next year. To create a map for the forthcoming year (and because it's fun), here are a few predictions that most likely will not come to fruition in 2009 and should not be taken to Vegas for the purposes of economic stimulus prospecting.

Journal Sentinel polybags are NOT eco friendly
I CAN'T BELIEVE the new polybags are being spun as eco friendly. Not only is this polybag used to contain wasteful and annoying junk mail (does anyone read or use the coupons in Weekend Plus?) but now it's creating even MORE garbage, LITTER and waste- JUST what Milwaukee needs, more litter!!!!!!!...
