Hyatt's Polaris takes its final spin April 12
Milwaukee's iconic revolving restaurant atop the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, Polaris, is closing, although it will reopen for private events. Polaris opened in 1980. It completes one revolution every 70 minutes, offering diners a panoramic view of the city.
