Five years later The Strokes retain grip on fans and relevancy
Dapper as ever in black blazers -- some with ties, some with vintage T-shirts –- and hiding behind a sea of stylish hair, The Strokes kicked off the evening Monday night at the Eagles Ballroom with a few tracks off this year’s “First Impressions of Earth," followed by a seven-song set from 2001's "Is This It."
