Excellent homemade pasta is made with organic recipes in Andy Ruggeri's kitchen, located next to the Carpenter's Pub and Wooden Eagle in downtown Delafield. The new "old" two-story Colonial Building that now resembles a Tuscan farmhouse, Ruggeri's has been turning the tables frequently since they opened their doors this past May.
