Present Music celebrates St. Patrick's Day in September
Milwaukee's new music ensemble kicks off its 26th season with "Irish Stew," a Celtic-themed concert at the Irish Cultural and Heritage Center, 2133 W. Wisconsin Ave., in Friday, Sept. 15 at 7:30 p.m.

Och, aye: Trinity dances to another gold in Glasgow
Milwaukee’s Trinity Academy of Dance won its first gold medal in nearly a decade as the Trinity’s Junior Girls Figure dance choreography took first place at the 37th World Championship in Irish Dancing held in Glasgow, Scotland recently.

Leaping leprechauns!
To appreciate the rigors and physicality of Irish dancing, you need to get close to the action. Cashel-Dennehy Irish Dance School in Milwaukee boasts membership of over 300 families, and close to 400 students. That's about 800 leaping legs and about the same number of motionless arms.
