It’s typically an oxymoron to mention the words "healthy" and "buffet" in the same sentence. The lone exception to this rule may be the vegetarian buffet at Casablanca, 728 E. Brady St.

China Gourmet gets comfy in new Downtown digs
Earlier this year China Gourmet, 117 E. Wells St., moved to the long vacant location that formerly housed Tula’s. It made the right move if the busy lunch crowds are any indication.
