Beer in food: What a brilliant idea
Have you heard that beer's not just for swigging from a bottle anymore? Instead, more and more restaurants like Cafe Centraal, Hinterland Gastropub and Stonefly Brewery offer dishes that include the hoppy ingredient. "All of our desserts made with beer are very, very popular," says Hinterland's Lindsey Weigel.
