A good bartender is hard to find. Here in Brew City, suds slingers come a dime a dozen (they almost have to with the number of bars, taverns, clubs and pubs we have) and most of them get the job done. But how often do you walk away, drink in hand, with the rare but distinct feeling of being truly taken care of by your barkeep?
