Blitz events explain upcoming lunar eclipse
Did you know that there's a total lunar eclipse promised for the early morning hours of Tuesday, Aug. 28? And Milwaukeeans will be able to see this event that can be spotted from a fixed point on Earth only once every two or three years.

Stargazing at Milwaukee's biggest planetarium
Having grown up in a city with a world-renowned planetarium, I always took it for granted that everyone’s been to one … and more than once. The Soref, which opened in late 2006, is among the top 11 planetariums in size in the U.S. and is great fun. Here's why.
